1. About KeySync

KeySync is a brand specializing in handcrafted artisan keycaps and custom mechanical keyboard accessories. Our products are designed and manufactured in Faridabad, Haryana, India. All keycaps are made using premium materials including epoxy resin and undergo a meticulous 4-step handcrafting process: casting, painting, sanding, and polishing.

2. Product Nature & Handmade Disclaimer

Please understand the following about our products before making a purchase:

• All keycaps are handmade — slight variations in color, finish, texture, and dimensions are inherent to the artisan process and are not considered defects
• Each piece is unique; no two keycaps will be exactly identical
• Product photographs on the website are for reference purposes only — actual items may vary slightly in appearance due to lighting, display settings, and the handmade nature of the product
• Minor air bubbles, color gradients, or surface characteristics are part of the resin casting process and add to the artisanal character

3. Account Registration

To place orders, manage your addresses, submit quotes, or leave reviews, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Verify your email address through the confirmation code sent during signup
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our payment partner, Razorpay
• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and digital wallets
• Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — including orders with incorrect information, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability
• Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time (typically 7-14 business days)
• Order cancellation is permitted within 12 hours of placing the order, provided production or shipping has not begun

5. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly noted
• Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and are displayed at checkout
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice — price changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid
• Promotional offers and discount codes have specific terms and may be subject to minimum order values, product exclusions, or expiry dates

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India through our logistics partner, Shiprocket
• Delivery availability is verified at checkout using your pincode
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed — delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• A verified phone number is required on your shipping address for delivery coordination
• Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, branding, logos, product photographs, website content, and source code are the exclusive property of KeySync
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited
• Product designs are original works — copying or counterfeiting KeySync designs for resale is a violation of intellectual property law
• User-generated content (reviews, photos) submitted to our platform grants KeySync a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our website and marketing materials

8. Use of Products

• KeySync products are intended for personal, non-commercial use as decorative keycaps for mechanical keyboards
• We are not liable for damage caused by improper usage, modifications, exposure to extreme conditions, or use with incompatible keyboard switches
• Keycaps are compatible with standard MX-style switches unless otherwise specified in the product description

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KeySync shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services
• Delays or failures in delivery caused by shipping carriers or logistics partners
• Minor variations in handmade products (as described in Section 2)
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security
• Third-party services including payment gateways, shipping providers, or hosting platforms

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Submit false or misleading information in orders, reviews, or quote requests
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our website
• Resell KeySync products without prior written authorization

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
